ah...rain!

I am sitting by an open window as the rain pours down exquisitely outside.  I love rain.  Is anyone else obsessed with rain?  Like will get really really excited when it starts raining and really really disappointed as soon as it stops?  So soothing, pretty and cozy.

My photography and photo editing skills are improving, to my great satisfaction.  I have a Samsung S860, which is pretty point-and-shoot, but I'm getting the hang of it, I think.  It has a really rough time without a lot of light, but that's pretty normal, right?  I love it anyway.  Oh, in the bottom shot I'm wearing my insta-cardi -- shirt to cardigan in about 1 min.  I took before shots so that someday I can do a mini-tutorial.  Someday when I'm posting a lot more often.  Not today.  Today I'm listening to the rain.
